The Service includes profession exposure scores, task breakdowns, comparison tools, and related editorial content. All scores are estimates derived from third-party data sources and should not be construed as professional career, financial, or legal advice.
The exposure scores and related data on TaskExposed are statistical estimates, not guarantees of future employment outcomes. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy and keep data current, but we make no warranty — express or implied — as to the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information on the Service. Underlying data originates from O*NET (U.S. Department of Labor), the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and published academic research. Changes to those sources may not be immediately reflected.
You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service without prior written permission; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; (d) reproduce, republish, or redistribute our scored profession data commercially without a data license agreement; (e) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
The TaskExposed brand, design, source code, and proprietary scoring methodology are owned by TaskExposed Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Underlying datasets (O*NET, BLS) remain the property of their respective publishers and are subject to their own licensing terms. You may share individual profession pages for non-commercial purposes with attribution to TaskExposed.com.
The community pulse voting feature collects anonymous responses. By voting, you grant TaskExposed a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and publish your aggregated response. You may not submit votes programmatically or in a manner designed to manipulate results. We reserve the right to discard suspicious vote patterns.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TaskExposed Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed USD $100.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
